Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns if the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with us at asminna.mtl@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to 422 rue de la poudriere

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
